Halloween lasted like a week for us this year. We went to a Halloween party at an elementary school, we went to a pumpkin patch with the girls and picked out the best pumpkins in the world; our church had a party which was really fun because we got to see our friends all dressed up; we went to the Zoo in Idaho Falls for a Halloween night they were doing there; there was an event at the university for the kids; and then of course there was trick-or-treating. Rexburg was not cold yet on Halloween this year and so it was a really nice week (especially with the costumes we had).
Lucy and Saren's best friend, Lilly moved last month. Just before she went, we took her to a Halloween event at the local elementary school.

Amy just loved posing for us by the pumpkins
(isn't it cute how her smile looks just like she is crying?)
The theme for the Halloween party at church was "famous couples". Tristan made these for us. Cool huh?
Some game involving whipped cream and gum at the party.
I always wanted to be Aladdin. All I need is a magic carpet.

What a cute pumpkin family
We wanted the rest of the family to match our theme. My mom (Gail) made the girls' costumes. Saren was Iago, Lucy was the Genie, and Amy was Abu. We looked awesome if I do say so myself. Mom did and awesome job.

Here is the results of our long night of hard work and cute looking kids in great costumes. Tristan and I wore our costumes door to door too and many people wanted to give us candy too.
You guys are so cute! I love Amy in the Abu costume! I was so bummed that getting together last weekend didn't work. Depending on when my sister Janalee has her baby, we may come up to Rexburg for a visit in the next few weeks. I'll be sure to let you know.
