Thanksgiving

This year we were in Kennewick a couple of days before thanksgiving and had and early feast with them. They made a fantastic spread like usual.

When we got back to Rexburg, it had snowed a ton while we were gone so we took advantage of it. This sledding hill is just across the street in the park.

On Thanksgiving we wanted to do our own turkey dinner because this is our fourth Thanksgiving and we have always spent it with family. We had an adventure figuring out how to cook the turkey and everything else. It took much longer than we though but it was worth the wait.

While we were waiting for the real turkey to cook Lucy found another turkey to try to snack on.

The finished product. We also had plenty of time to get our Christmas decoration up. We had plenty of room for a Christmas tree in our house this year.
