Saren's First Birthday

Well, our little Saren turned one year old. After we got back from Utah we celebrated at home. We got some gifts in the mail and so we had here open those up. It is exciting for us to break up the daily routine with fun little things. We decorated the house with streamers like we did with Lucy last summer. The girls had a blast.

Here are the presents. (Tristan's mom sent some for the rest of us too.)

Of course, before all the presents got opened the girls had just as much fun with empty wrapping paper tubes...


...and balloons, and pumpkins.

This is Saren talking to her Grandma Mellor on the phone. She loves gabbing on the phone.

Saren got a stroller for her baby dolls so she doesn't have to fight with Lucy over her's.

And a new little doll. She always does the open mouth kisses still.

Saren has a birthday right before Halloween so we had our pumpkins ready to carve.
