Well, it was earlier than we had expected, but our baby arrived today! Our earliest due date wasn't until next Thursday and so we were surprised last night when Tristan kept feeling what she thought was contractions. We went to the hospital at about 4:00 AM this morning. The contractions became much less regular for a couple of hours. Finally the doctor broke Tristan's water and within an hour the baby was born.
She was born at 8:47 AM today, August 13, 2010
She weighed 6 lbs 12 oz.
We decided to name her Amy. The middle name is still in the works.
Tristan is doing fine and Amy has two big sisters who adore her. She also has an excited dad.
