Working for the School District

After working for the tree service for a month or so, another job opportunity came up that I (Tom) decided to take.  I was hired at Kennewick School District working as a para educator substitute.  I get a call each morning with an assignment to sub somewhere in the district.  I work in classes for children with physical or mental handicaps, behavior situations, or one-on-one with students in classrooms in all grade levels.  It is good preparation for my career as a teacher and so I'm grateful to have gotten the opportunity.  I'm really enjoying it so far.
